Jonathan was very kind and listened to my concerns from the beginning to completion. He responded quickly to my texts and phone calls. As an out of state client that was so important. When the legal issues confused me (often) clarified them. He even suggested a great strategy for me to participate in asking for character witnesses. It's was a long stressful 21 months waiting during Covid. A plea was made that I approved it of and we had to wait for the prosecutor to respond. The best criminal lawyer in South Fl. June 30, 2021 Andrew Rier was initially hired by my brother. I was pulled in and had to speak with Andrew once my brother was detained. He understands the assignment(s) and delivers. He is funny and really tries to get you comfortable with him to build a trusting relationship. He handled 2 cases for my brother state and federal. Ex on 1 case: My brother had a DUI state case and was looking at charges of up to 4 yrs with a previous attorney. I had that attorney fired and hired Andrew Rier for the case. like previously stated this is an attorney who WORKS for the benefit of his clients. My brother's case ended with 6 months probation instead of 4 yrs in state prison. I honestly don't even know where to start but here goes. I hired Mr Rier about a year ago so around April of 2020. During this time my brother has been sitting in jail over 2 years, 1st degree premeditated, attempted murder and shooting in vehicle. At this time we had 2 lawyers on the case who was asleep most of the times, and that's me trying to be polite. Anyways Mr. Rier was recommended by a cell mate of my brother so I decided to call the office and scheduled a meeting. Let's just say his previous lawyers got fired IMMEDIATELY. Mr Rier went above and beyond and have work tirelessly on his case, and believe in my brother's innocence before even meeting the family.

Mr. Jordan managed to get my misdemeanor case dismissed quickly, without requiring me to attend a prevention program, which he said is almost always demanded by the prosecution in order to even contemplate dropping the case. Even if my case wasn't too serious, he always worked hard for me, conveyed clear expectations, and obtained the best possible result. I truthfully don't think a better job could have been done!

My name is Rayshawn Brown and I hired Jonathan as my defense lawyer for my case. I was sentenced to 25 years in state prison, Jonathan did my appeal and did a great job defending me on my case. Johnathan is a honest,proactive, and very straight forward attorney. I first came to Johnathan back and February regarding my brother serving a 25 year to life sentence. I knew that my brother needed someone who is well educated and the field so I researched and asked around and was pointed in Johnathan's direction.
